My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was superb, right in the center of Amsterdam near major tourist attractions, making it easy to get around. However, the room I stayed in on the second level had a dirty shower, suggesting poor cleanliness standards. The message bed was a unique touch, and the shower size was decent. The service at the reception desk was friendly, but there were no specific comments about it. The dining did not seem to be a highlight, as only biscuits were included. Overall, the facilities were adequate, but cleanliness could be improved.
